About
João Batista Pereira heads the Tax Litigation practice. He has a comprehensive experience in preventing and dealing with tax litigation, representing clients before the tax authorities and in tax judicial and arbitration courts. He is also experienced in providing tax advice for domestic and foreign corporate clients and is a guest lecturer in the tax post-graduate program at the Portuguese Catholic University.
