Governmental regulation of the declaration of the state of emergency in Portugal due to Covid-19 pandemic

Decree n. 2-A/2020 of March 20 regulates the declaration of the state of emergency established by the President of the Portuguese Republic, setting out measures envisaging the mitigation of the Covid-19 pandemic propagation, implying, amongst others, restrictions to the free performance of certain economic activities.
