The Corporate & Commercial team regularly advises its national and multinational corporate clients in Portugal on corporate, corporate governance and organisational matters.

The team also advises on new investments, particularly in relation to partnership agreements with third parties, including collaboration agreements, joint ventures or shareholders' agreements.

CS'Associados has extensive experience in reorganisation projects of business groups in Portugal and advises national investors and foreign groups with a presence in Portugal on a wide range of matters.

Our team has experience in a wide range of business activities in all sectors of the economy, and in particular in overseeing the decision-making process and negotiating and formalising complex and strategic contractual relationships with third parties, be they suppliers, customers or other partners.
